Our partners at Cloudflare have restored all services to operational status and are closely monitoring the situation.
The duration of impact was November 2 at 11:44 UTC until November 4 at 04:25 UTC.

Our partners at Cloudflare are still working to restore services. The current incident is causing email updates from Cloudflare to be delayed or not sent.

Our partners at Cloudflare are still working to restore impacted services, which are:

Data plane impact (i.e. full product functionality is either fully impacted or partially impacted)

Control plane impact (i.e. product functionality is online however changes to configuration is impacted)

Logs - Some Logpush logs and analytics data were lost during the incident. Logs created towards the end of the incident may be recoverable; as the incident is ongoing, we do not yet know the full scope of impact.

Our partners at Cloudflare seeing gradual improvement to affected services and are continuing to work on a fix for this issue. The currently impacted services:

Our partners at Cloudflare are seeing gradual improvement to affected services and continue to work towards a full restoration of services.

Our partners at Cloudflare have identified the source of the outage impacting several Cloudflare products and are working on mitigation.
Acquia product impacts include services that rely on the Cloudflare API infrastructure including Cloudflare Alerts, Cloudflare Dashboard functionality, and CloudFlare Workers.
This incident does not affect the serving of cached files via the Cloudflare CDN or other security features of Cloudflare Edge.
Customers using the Cloudflare Dashboard and Cloudflare API infrastructure might see failures and/or errors may be displayed.
