Acquia has detected a degradation of service impacting some Acquia Cloud Next customers
We are currently investigating a degradation of service impacting Acquia Cloud Next customers. To rectify performance degradation for some affected customers, Acquia will be deploying fixes during dark hours for each region, globally. This will result in connections being dropped, which will last ~10 minutes per cluster. We will provide additional information as it becomes available.
