We have identified degradation of performance in Document Services in South Africa region - upload and download operations in South Africa region are working significantly slower or timing out. The degradation is caused by major network infrastructure failures experienced by underlying cloud provider in South Africa. We apologize for inconvenience and are working on identifying potential opportunities to redirect traffic over alternative network routes.

We were able to re-configure our network infrastructure in South Africa so that network traffic transits over another cable infrastructure, all Document Services in South Africa region are back to fully operational.

We were able to re-configure our networking in South Africa to go through reserve network infrastructure. We still observe the latency and throughput is slower than during normal operations, however there should be a lot less timeouts now.

We will continue optimizing the network routing and will update here soon.
