Investigating potential issues in the South Central US region

Starting at 16:26 UTC, we identified potential networking issues in the South Central US region which may impact a subset of customers in the region for some services. A subset of customers may have experienced latency and/or intermittent connectivity issues for some services in the region. This may have also resulted in downstream impact to other services. We identified an unhealthy network device impacting some network traffic for the region and have taken steps to reroute traffic. We are continuing to assess impact to customers and communications for some customers are being delivered to Azure Service Health.
