Cloud Archiving Service - Web User Interface experiencing intermittent slowness and unresponsiveness in all regions

We will continue to monitor this service and gather reports from our clients in the field, but at this time we believe we may have resolved the issue.

We have added new resource pools and are monitoring web traffic, as well as gathering feedback from our clients at this time.
