This issue has been resolved for all customers in the US. No other regions were impacted by this issue.

Email processing and searching is now fully operational for the remainder of our customers that were still impacted by this issue. We are continuing to monitor the service for any additional problems and will provide updates as needed. Thank you for your continued patience.

At this time we are recovering from a temporary connectivity loss to a cluster. Most of our customers in the US should not see any further impact. A small portion of our customers may continue to see mail processing delays but should catch up over the course of the day. We will provide any additional updates as needed.
