This issue has been fully resolved. After further investigation it was found that the issue was affecting volunteer reminders and text giving links.
For those who have attempted to open the link they may need to clear their browser's cache, however then this should be working without any issues. Please reach out to support@breezechms.com if you are experiencing any issues.
We have identified the cause of the issue and have implemented a fix.
This issue is only affecting new givers via text giving and our Engineering teams have been alerted and are investigating now.
