Interac has advised the incident is resolved;
Interac eTransfer experienced an impact from a scheduled maintenance activity. Technical teams reset services, services have been restored.
Incident Start Time: 2:21am PT (5:21am ET.)
Incident End Time: 3:52am PT (6:52am ET.)
Central 1 technical teams have also confirmed the issue is resolved.
Interac has communicated the following;
Interac eTranser is currently experiencing a degradation in outbound traffic. This may cause issues with eTransfers payment processing. Technical teams are investigating. Incident Start Time: 2:21am PT (5:21am ET.)
Central 1 systems are seeing services restored at 3:52am PT (6:52am ET), however we have not received an update from Interac at this time.
We are monitoring and will provide updates as we receive them.
The Central 1 team is actively investigating an Interac e-Transfer outage. We are conducting a thorough analysis of the systems involved and working toward resolving the issue. At this time there is no workaround available.
