Data Processing Delays - Package content indexing and display
A component within our data processing infrastructure is experiencing degraded performance, and as a result we are currently unable to index the contents (files and folders) within uploaded packages for display within the UI. This outage affects background processing and the UI only, package upload, processing and serving APIs are otherwise unaffected. No data has been lost, and once the incident has been resolved we'll be able to reprocess all packages for file/folder display as normal. We do not yet have any information to provide on a possible timeline for resolution. We thank you for your patience at this time.
