Downloading the QuickBooks Desktop Connector returns an error

We are actively investigating an issue preventing some users to download the QuickBooks Desktop connector in Production.
Affected users will notice that upon downloading the QBD connector, the download might fail with an error and occasionally return 'Failed - Server problem'. Retrying to download the connector intermittently allows affected users to complete the download without error.
This incident will be updated as soon as we have identified the issue, and no later than 2pm.

The incident has now been resolved, ongoing monitoring has shown the platform has returned to normal stability.
All users previously affected should be able to download the QuickBooks Desktop executable file without any disruption.

Affected users should now notice that they are now able to download the QuickBooks Desktop connector without hitting an error.
