Resolved Minor Unable to make outbound calls from Cytracom Web App on latest Chrome update

We have identified an issue on Chrome version 96.0.4664.55, that prevents users from being able to make outbound calls on Cytracom Desktop. Users are still able to receive calls and use Business Messaging. To make outbound calls, please use Cytracom Mobile or the Cytracom Desktop App. We are currently working to address this issue, and will post an update if there is a change in service.

An issue preventing fax retrieval has been identified within Cytracom Desktop. Faxes are still being received at this time. We will post an update if there is a change in service.

Resolved Minor Intermittent failures receiving inbound calls and messages

There is a nationwide outage with an underlying communications carrier impacting all major VoIP providers. We are tracking the issue and working closely with the carriers to assist where we can. The outage is causing a portion of Cytracom customers to experience intermittent failures receiving inbound calls and messages. Some outbound 911 calls may not work, or may not pass location information to the 911 dispatch service. More information will be provided as it becomes available.

Is Cytracom down?
Cytracom seems to be up and running. We're updating the status regularly.
I'm having issues with Cytracom, but the status is OK. What's going on?

You can subscribe for updates on the official status page or create an account in IsDown. We will send you an email, Slack, or Discord in real-time when Cytracom has issues.
Why IsDown?

What happens when I create an account?
You'll have access to a 14-day trial in our Pro plan. You can cancel or delete your account anytime. After 14 days, you'll need to subscribe to continue to use the service.
How can I pay for a subscription?
You can go to the Billing section in your account, and choose one of the plan. We've monthly and yearly options. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.
Can I get a refund?
We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it until ten days after the subscription has started. No questions asked.
You are missing one of the services I use. Can you add it?
Sure thing! Just contact us, and we'll add it ASAP. Some services are more straightforward to add than others, but we're going to work to find the best solution.
