We have identified an issue preventing inbound and outbound calls from being completed for a subset of accounts.
Calls to Desktop, Mobile, and Desktop Phones are affected by this issue.
We are working to restore service as soon as possible and will provide updates until service is restored.

Call completion is working for all affected accounts. Users of Call Center Queues will need to log back in.
