DNS Resolution Issues on Primary Anycast (DNS1)

The incident is resolved Jan 25, 2022 10:09 AM EST As of 9:47 Eastern time, our engineers discovered a BGP route change that negatively affected multiple customers. We made a peering change and restored the route. Service for affected customers is restored at this time. We are continuing to monitor. Investigating Jan 25, 2022 9:44 AM EST Some customers report errors with DNS resolution. We are working to temporarily redirect traffic to other unaffected regions until the issue is resolved.
