Outage Details
We've discovered an issue with our domain registrar which has caused intermittent connection errors to some of our domain names. Between 2024-03-21 at 08:13 UTC and 2024-03-21 at 10:14 UTC some customers may have experienced some errors whilst connecting to our API or Salesforce and Dynamics connectors.
Impacted domain names have now been corrected with our domain registrar and normal service has resumed. Work continues to understand root cause with our domain registrar and we’ll post follow up details in due course.
