Duo US deployments degraded service with telephony VoIP and SMS

After continually monitoring the US carrier outages causing degraded performance in telephony authentication (SMS, Phone calls), we can confirm that all authentications have returned to normal levels.

We are continuing to monitor the US carrier outages causing degraded performance in telephony authentication (SMS, Phone calls).

As a workaround, please leverage one of our other support MFA methods including Push, Hardware Tokens, and Security Keys. If you need to activate a user for Push, you can do so via email following the steps in this Knowledge Base article: https://help.duo.com/s/article/2170
