Resolved All Deployments: Phone Call Delivery Issues to Chinese Numbers.

We have received reports from multiple customers about issues authenticating using phone callback to Chinese numbers with Duo. We are currently investigating and will post an update once we have gathered more information. Please check back here or subscribe to updates for any changes.

Resolved All Deployments: Azure Conditional Access Authentication failures

We’ve identified a core service issue with a 3rd party and are tracking updates of the issue here: https://status2.azure.com/. Duo products that are configured to leverage Azure Active Directory as the authentication source (Duo Azure Conditional Access, Duo Access Gateway, Duo SSO, Duo Admin SSO logins, and Azure Directory Sync) are currently impacted. We will continue to update as we receive more information.

Resolved Azure Conditional Access Authentication failures

We are currently investigating an issue causing authentication failures to Azure Conditional Access integrations, and are working to determine the source of the issue as soon as possible. Resolved All Deployments: Some users seeing "Invalid txid" error in Duo Prompt during authentication

We are currently investigating an issue where some users are being presented with "Invalid txid" error messages in the Duo Prompt during authentication. Duo's Core Authentication service isn't down, but users may need to work around this error by canceling an automatic push and re-triggering a new push authentication manually.
