EBSCO Customer Support has received reports of issues relating to EBSCO eBooks, with eBook downloads currently not available via the EBSCO Mobile App, and eBook availability status not currently visible via the EBSCO Discovery Service new user interface. Our engineering teams are currently investigating the issue and we will update this page when more information is available.
Resolved EBSCO eBook order fulfillment delay
Due to unexpectedly high volume of processing orders and subscription updates at the same time, EBSCO eBook orders placed after September 29 are experiencing delays in fulfillment to EBSCOhost. Orders are being processed as usual, but access for end users on EBSCOhost will not be available as quickly as normal. We apologize for the inconvenience and will update this alert as appropriate.
