What is the issue: Kaltura is experiencing service degradation. Users might receive error messages including API Error, 504 gateway timeout, or a blank page. This impacts Canvas My Media, the Media Gallery, and all mediaspace.gatech.edu videos.
Kaltura engineers are currently working on a resolution.
Current status: Kaltura's engineering team has mitigated the issue that caused the outage. Videos are currently loading in My Media, the Media Gallery, and MediaSpace. However, users may see slow load times as the service recovers.
