After a vendor update, sites on the Plesk Hosting service are not able to send outgoing mail via the sendmail/SMTP utility. We are currently researching and testing the vendor's suggested fix-it steps before applying them to the service. Thank you for your patience!

OIT Network Services is aware of issues affecting the ability of delegated administrators to upload changes to firewalls in the Coda Data Center. This specifically affects networks behind the "coda-dept-pa" firewall appliance. When attempting to upload changes, users may see error messages in FW.noc and confirmation emails such as "upload cannot be completed." This does not impact the flow of traffic from any network through the firewall - only uploads/changes to existing security policies. Existing policies will continue to be enforced. Engineers are currently investigating and working towards a resolution, but no ETA for restoring the ability to upload changes is available at this time.
