Minor Incident Docusign
The campus is experiencing a disruption with the DOCUSIGN ( https://esignature.gatech.edu/ ) page. This is due to a vendor problem that is affecting their North American Servers. During this time, users may experience issues navigating the platform as well as with sending/signing. OIT are currently working with the vendor to correct this issue. Please look to the status.gatech.edu website for updates.
Minor Incident vcenter.esx.gatech.edu unreachable
Staff are attempting a restore of coda01m01vc01.ad.gatech.edu which is currently offline. Its alias vcenter.esx.gatech.edu is unreachable at this time. All the vCenters can be reached independently and no services are down. Users are just unable to access Management from the 2 URL's. As a workaround users can reach all of the vCenters from their URLs - callisto.ad.gatech.edu, ganymede.ad.gatech.edu, coda01c01vc01.ad.gatech.edu, coda01c02vc01.ad.gatech.edu, coda01c03vc01.ad.gatech.edu, bcdc01m01vc02.ad.gatech.edu
The Banner - Faculty Grade Entry and Communication Management pages are currently unavailable. Staff have been made aware and are working to resolve the issue.
Resolved Minor Issues Connecting to Eduroam
Users have reported being unable to connect to Eduroam on some devices while being successful connecting on others. Staff are investigating and working to resolve the issue.
Resolved Minor Outlook Connection Issues
Staff have reports of Outlook on Mac, MacMail, and a handful of Outlook on Windows not connecting to Exchange Online. In addition, some users are seeing calendar connection issues. Staff are working to resolve the issue.
