Campus customers have reported similar issues that we experienced this morning with Microsoft. Upon investigation, Microsoft has opened a new incident. We will continue to monitor and provide updates as we receive them. This outage is showing up in various ways across campus: - unable to access (send/receive) email - difficulties scheduling meetings and/or live events - trouble loading people profile cards - issues loading file lists - unable to create new teams & channels - may not be able to install apps - trouble issuing searches - Presence information may be out-of-date - errors when using messaging extensions - various Graph APIs may be impacted

Unable to send, receive, or search email through Exchange Online and Teams feature problems
Users may be unable to send, receive, or search email within Exchange Online. Microsoft has reported to us that they are continuing to restart back-end mailbox infrastructure to apply fixes. Users should experience relief while this continues. They have reported that their telemetry is showing that availability has increased to 99%, but OIT is still continuing to receive reports of customers being unable to access their email in Outlook clients as well as some features not working properly in Microsoft Teams.
