[Hosting - Plesk] Mail service disrupted
After a vendor update, sites on the Plesk Hosting service are not able to send outgoing mail via the sendmail/SMTP utility. We are currently researching and testing the vendor's suggested fix-it steps before applying them to the service. Thank you for your patience!

The Office of Information Technology is currently aware of an issue with the Web-Plesk hosting service affecting the websites hr.gatech.edu, campusservices.gatech.edu, enrichment.gatech.edu, and catering.gatech.edu. Teams are currently engaged and working to restore service. Updates will be provided here at status.gatech.edu when they become available. [Hosting - AWS/TLW] hg.gatech.edu post-upgrade migrations affecting TLW
We've confirmed an issue with hg.gatech.edu post-upgrade, where its migration processes are over-consuming environment resources and impacting the other sites: calendar.gatech.edu, news.gatech.edu, and www.gatech.edu We are currently monitoring the progress, but expect all four sites to be mostly unresponsive for the next couple of hours until the post-upgrade migration processes are completed.

OIT is currently monitoring the situation following a network outage affecting campus connections to AWS-hosted services including but not limited to Single Sign-On, Passport and Bluecat.
