The Plesk Web Hosting service is experiencing some SSL certificate issues due to the Web Application Firewall (WAF). The team is has identified the issue and preparing a permanent fix. The team is actively participating in a working session with the vendor to address the issue. We anticipate implementing the fix on web-plesk50 between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM. (REF: CHG0032660)
The team has successfully implemented the fix on web-plesk50, and the initial results align with expectations. Monitoring of the server will continue overnight. The fix is scheduled to be applied to the remaining production servers between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM the next day (March 7).
The fix has been successfully implemented across all remaining Plesk servers, with the exception of web-plesk59. The team is actively working on troubleshooting and addressing the issue.
