Update 1 at 16:32 UTC: The Salesforce Technology team is working urgently to determine the incident trigger and resolve the issue. It was determined that additional clouds were impacted including ClickSoftware, Trailblazer, and Data Cloud. [Hosting - AWS/TLW] hg.gatech.edu post-upgrade migrations affecting TLW
We've confirmed an issue with hg.gatech.edu post-upgrade, where its migration processes are over-consuming environment resources and impacting the other sites: calendar.gatech.edu, news.gatech.edu, and www.gatech.edu We are currently monitoring the progress, but expect all four sites to be mostly unresponsive for the next couple of hours until the post-upgrade migration processes are completed.
