Outage Details

We're investigating reports of an issue with Google Workspace Support. We will provide more information shortly. The affected users are able to access Google Workspace Support, but may experience delays in sending or receiving messages. Users are unable to create Japanese and English chat cases with Google Workspace Support from the chat flow in the Admin Console. We are currently troubleshooting the issue.
