Users may have experienced error messages when logging in or navigating the platform during the outage.
Candidates that are in progress in a test should be able to continue their test normally during the outage.

An outage occurred in the Inspera Assessment platform at 12.58 UTC. The issue caused delays, error messages and inability to reach or use Inspera Assessment.
Problems were also reported for candidates in the process of submitting.
At 13.24 UTC Inspera Assessment was again operational, but we were still seeing delays during the next hour.
The root cause has been identified and measures are taken to prevent this from reoccurring.
