The issue has been identified, and a change has been made to re-enable all SMS campaign scheduling. We are continuing to monitor, and will provide further updates here.
Earlier today, we began receiving reports of SMS campaign scheduling being blocked intermittently. From initial triage, it appears that this is limited to a subset of campaigns with at least 1,000 recipients. Campaigns that have already been scheduled are not affected. Our engineering team is aware and is actively investigating the issue. We will provide further updates here.
