As per Wallbox’s recommendation, the following procedure to factory reset your Wallbox charge point, to be able to charge through Monta again, needs to take place.
In order to factory reset your Wallbox charger, please follow this guideline:
1. Ensure your Wallbox App is up to date, and log into your account.
2. Choose on your chargepoint and select “Settings” gear-icon.
3. Choose “Installation options”
4. Tap “Restore” and “Start Restore” - This process can take up to 15 minutes, so allow the process to finish. The LED Halo should rotate and stop when the charger powers on again, indicating that the process is completed.
Make sure to update the firmware of your charge point immediately as soon as the process completes.
Be advised, you will have to setup the Network connectivity of your choice and paste in the Monta OCPP URL again, in addition to the serial number of your unit, excluding the “-” dash.

Vær opmærksom på, at du efterfølgende i Wallbox Appen skal opsætte den ønskede netværk-forbindelsesmetode under "Forbindelse" og indsætte Monta OCPP-URL'en igen, under "OCPP" ud over serienummeret, eksklusivt "-" tegnet, inde i Konfigurations menuen påny, for at skabe forbindelse mellem ladestanderen og Monta.
We have noticed that some of Wallbox charge points are having communication issues after the newest firmware update and cannot start charge sessions. We are in contact with Wallbox to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
If your charge point is affected, we recommend to disable OCPP in Wallbox portal (my.Wallbox.com) or Wallbox mobile application and use it to charge your vehicle manually.
Note: you will not be able to get tax refunds or PowerBank reimbursement if OCPP is disabled.
