The incident was resolved on Friday afternoon after a lengthy processing of emails that had been bottlenecked when the service went down. Emailing has been back to normal since Friday evening.

Most everything with Sendgrid is back working normally, but we're working on a particular oddity with their support team, so we're not marking this resolved just yet.
