Pop2OpenCRM with Microsoft 365
Some customers may be experiencing issues with emails not being imported into their system by Pop2OpenCRM from Microsoft 365 accounts. Pop2OpenCRM is currently unable to connect to some Microsoft 365 email accounts. Reachability tests conducted outside of our network indicate that this is an issue with the Microsoft 365 POP3 servers, however we continue to monitor and investigate. This has also been logged with Microsoft.

As part of our program of continuous maintenance and improvement we are updating our servers on the 11th of May. You may experience a few minutes of downtime between 19:00 and 20:00 GMT. If you make use of our free email integration (Pop2OpenCRM) this will be briefly paused and any emails received during this time, will be processed afterwards. Your scheduled emails, reports, workflows etc, will also be briefly paused but will catch up any missed work at the conclusion of the maintenance window.
