Resolved Jotform Outtage

This is not an OpenCRM issue but as a number of our customers integrate with Jotform, they may find that currently any forms feeding in to OpenCRM are not working / not available. Jotform currently are experiencing some outtages. Please check Jotform's own status page for updates: https://status.jotform.com/

Resolved Connectivity Issues

Some customers may have noticed a slow down in connectivity. Our engineers identified the issue and put a solution in place. This is currently being being monitored.

Resolved Scheduled Server Maintenance

As part of our program of continuous maintenance and improvement we are updating our servers on the 15th of April. You may experience a few minutes of downtime between 19:00 and 20:00 GMT. If you make use of our free email integration (Pop2OpenCRM) this will be briefly paused and any emails received during this time, will be processed afterwards. Your scheduled emails, reports, workflows etc, will also be briefly paused but will catch up any missed work at the conclusion of the update window. Resolved Microsoft 365 worldwide issues reported

Microsoft is currently experiencing a wide-reaching outage that is affecting multiple Microsoft 365 services worldwide. As a result, Microsoft users may not be able to log in to M365, use or synchronise M365 data with OpenCRM. We are closely monitoring Microsoft’s status page which is available here : https://status.office.com For further information regarding your M365 tenant you can login as an administrator and go to Health > Service Health.
