Some customers may have noticed a slow down in connectivity. Our engineers identified the issue and put a solution in place. This is currently being being monitored.

As part of our program of continuous maintenance and improvement we are updating our servers on the 15th of April. You may experience a few minutes of downtime between 19:00 and 20:00 GMT. If you make use of our free email integration (Pop2OpenCRM) this will be briefly paused and any emails received during this time, will be processed afterwards. Your scheduled emails, reports, workflows etc, will also be briefly paused but will catch up any missed work at the conclusion of the update window. Resolved Microsoft 365 worldwide issues reported

Microsoft is currently experiencing a wide-reaching outage that is affecting multiple Microsoft 365 services worldwide. As a result, Microsoft users may not be able to log in to M365, use or synchronise M365 data with OpenCRM. We are closely monitoring Microsoft’s status page which is available here : https://status.office.com For further information regarding your M365 tenant you can login as an administrator and go to Health > Service Health.

Resolved Problems with inbound calls

Our phone provider is experiencing some issues - inbound calls are not currently connecting. Temp Number: 01748 898070 If you need to call us more urgently please use the number above. Email and Live chat remain active if you have any issues you need to discuss with us.

Resolved Temporary Connectivity Issues affecting some OpenCRM users

A small number of customers may currently be experiencing intermittent connectivity issues to their OpenCRM systems. We are currently investigating this issue. We will post another update within the next 15 minutes.
