Currently, this seems to be occuring with all OVHcloud OS templates on .eu servers.

We have identified an issue with the sending of OS installation emails for .eu servers. The installation completion email with the login information is not being sent to the customer email on file.
Currently, this seems to be occuring with all OVHcloud OS templates on .eu servers.
Connections can still be established via SSH for Linux installs, however there is not a workaround for Windows installs at this time.
The current work around is to setup an SSH key and set it to default by clicking the key icon after saving your key:
