Our systems are down due to an unknown issue affecting most of our customers. Parserr customers cannot navigate through the website, log in to the platform or access any services, including parsing emails, receiving, and integrating. Our IT team is working to resolve the matter as soon as possible. Emails are retained despite the outage. They will be automatically processed upon resolution of the issue. Resolved Parserr Not Receiving Emails Due to Provider Issues

Sorry, but since about 7:00am PT Parserr has not been receiving emails due to technical issues with our email service provider. The issue is affecting many email services worldwide, due to the expiration of a root SSL certificate. You can read more about the issue here: . Emails are retained in spite of the outage. They will be automatically processed upon resolution of the issue. We expect to resolve the issue within the next few hours. Thanks for your patience.

Resolved Search and Replace and Sharepoint Incident

We are experiencing an incident related to parsing using our "Search and Replace" function. Also, our Sharepoint integration is not working properly. We have identified fixes for both issues and are deploying them within a few hours. Sorry about the disruption.

Sorry, but we are experiencing an interruption to our ability to send Excel exports as attachment emails. Other integrations remain working. Please bear with us while we resolve this incident.

We have identified a problem when creating or reconnecting Zapier connections. Zapier displays the error message "authentication failed: The app returned "An error has occurred." We are treating this at the highest priority level.

You can subscribe for updates on the official status page or create an account in IsDown. We will send you an email, Slack, or Discord in real-time when Parserr has issues.

What happens when I create an account?
You'll have access to a 14-day trial in our Pro plan. You can cancel or delete your account anytime. After 14 days, you'll need to subscribe to continue to use the service.
How can I pay for a subscription?
You can go to the Billing section in your account, and choose one of the plan. We've monthly and yearly options. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.
Can I get a refund?
We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it until ten days after the subscription has started. No questions asked.
You are missing one of the services I use. Can you add it?
Sure thing! Just contact us, and we'll add it ASAP. Some services are more straightforward to add than others, but we're going to work to find the best solution.
