Resolved Parserr Not Receiving Emails Due to Provider Issues
Sorry, but since about 7:00am PT Parserr has not been receiving emails due to technical issues with our email service provider. The issue is affecting many email services worldwide, due to the expiration of a root SSL certificate. You can read more about the issue here: https://scotthelme.co.uk/lets-encrypt-old-root-expiration/ . Emails are retained in spite of the outage. They will be automatically processed upon resolution of the issue. We expect to resolve the issue within the next few hours. Thanks for your patience.
Resolved Search and Replace and Sharepoint Incident
We are experiencing an incident related to parsing using our "Search and Replace" function. Also, our Sharepoint integration is not working properly. We have identified fixes for both issues and are deploying them within a few hours. Sorry about the disruption.
