Particle responded to a cellular disconnect alert at around 6:15PM PDT. Roughly 16% of non-EtherSIM LTE Cat-M1 Devices in the US experienced a brief period of degraded connectivity. The issue has been identified as a cellular operator outage and service has been restored. This incident is marked as resolved.
We are seeing a sustained and significant improvement and are urgently driving for further details. More information will be provided here upon receipt.
The service has signs of improvement, most of the devices are back online again.
A cellular provider is having connectivity trouble, which is causing several devices to be not able to connect in the North American region, we are working to solve this.
