We are currently experiencing some service degradation for some customers. Some users may have issues with some images and videos. We are actively investigating this issue and will keep you updated. We noticed an issue with our user directory service which affects new login events when using a SSO provider (SAML, Google, etc.). We are in the monitoring stage at the moment and will update you as we know more. -- Il y a en ce moment un problème avec notre fournisseur de répertoire d'utilisateurs qui affecte les nouvelles connexions à Poka pour les utilisateur d'authentification unique (SAML, Google, etc.). The mass edit feature is currently unavailable. We are currently working on a fix. All other features of Poka are working correctly, and you can still use Poka normally. We will keep you updated. The databases in the US region are under unusual load, it seems to be an aftermath of yesterday's database upgrade. We identified the issue and we are currently working toward a fix and we will update you with the progress.

Resolved Search service unavailable

On February 19, 2019 at 11:24 a.m. EST our search service became unavailable, causing a degraded service for our customers hosted in our Canadian production infrastructure. Affected customers can still continue to use Poka, however, the search functionality will remain unavailable until the service is fully recovered. We are actively working on restoring the search service. Further updates will be provided on our Poka Service Status page available at https://www.pokastatus.io

Poka is currently experiencing a higher than normal amount of load, and may be causing pages to be slow or unresponsive. We're investigating the cause and will provide an update as soon as possible.
