From 4:44pm PDT to 5:09 PDT some Polly responses were not persisted when voting was attempted through Polly for Slack.
Voting on polls for open-ended, rank order, and point-allocation were not affected in Polly for Slack.
Voting through web links were not impacted at all.
The issue has been resolved and the system is operating normally.
