Issue Description: Users keep getting the error while trying to access the login page. Action Taken: Verified the issue from Operation team's end. Trying to restart the services Customer is still facing the issue Troubleshooting in progress

Issue Identified with Windows NTLM authentication. Workaround in place to use https URLs.
We will be working with Microsoft to find a resolution for this issue.

IBM did not find any issue from their side with Cognos.
We continue to investigate the authentication mechanisms on DCs from our end.

We have raised a Critical case with IBM to troubleshoot further and have been in a call with an engineer from IBM.
