Production and Sandbox Environment issues
Earlier today we were made aware of a technical issue affecting Mambu. Users may experience issues with login, timeouts, unexpected errors may occur. We are aware of the root-cause and are currently working to resolve the issue. We now have a fix which is ready and is being implemented on all environments. Impact remains mitigated. No further updates are going to be provided.

Connection Timeout Error - Degraded Performance In Production

Performance degradation in production
We have been alerted to performance degradation in all production instances following the release of v9.79.0, which may result in increased latency and timeouts. More specifically, the issue seems to stem from the encryption of files stored in S3. A fix has been found, which we are now in the process of implementing. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

We're currently investigating a problem related to tasks not loading properly on the 'Dashboard', and which is also impacting other areas of the system. Until the issue is resolved, certain users may notice problems not just with tasks, such as exception errors and general slowness when performing other actions.

Premfin Production slow query is causing database slowness
At 05:25 UTC, Mambu identified a slow query running on Premfim Production environment which caused database slowness. We could not see any impact on the UI. We are currently monitoring and we have provide a workaround for the customer to run a performant query and getting the same results.
