We are experiencing delays in background job processing for emails.

We are experiencing delays in background job processing for abandoned cart emails. A fix has been applied and we are observing improvements to performance.

Resolved Merchant Dashboard Unavailable

We have identified a deployment that caused the dashboard to become unavailable at 11:00am. The deployment has been rolled back and we are currently monitoring the dashboard.

Resolved Elevated hard bounces to Gmail

Some users sending to Gmail addresses encounter a "550-5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist." rejection. We are currently investigating this issue and assessing impact.

Resolved Email Sync to Drip is failing

Since approximately 09:30 eastern time, Drip.com integrations are failing to sync new signups due to an incident affecting the Drip.com API. For more information, see https://status.drip.com/incidents/t958sbz9jt1n.

Resolved Delayed Email Statistics

A third party incident is causing statistics (opens, clicks, etc) from some Privy emails to be delayed. Emails are sending and being delivered as normal, only the statistics are affected.

Resolved Dashboard not loading for some users

Some users reported being unable to load the merchant dashboard over the weekend. After investigating the issue, engineering rolled back the most recent dashboard release and is now monitoring for additional issues.
