Customers are currently experiencing errors when going to their Sales Tax Center in QuickBooks Online. We are aware of this situation and are currently working on it.

Resolved Customers with complimentary QuickBooks Self-Employed accounts via TurboTax bundle are seeing SE accounts canceled early

Customers that used TurboTax/Self Employed bundle to file their 2020 annual return have a complimentary QuickBooks Self-Employed account good through 4/30/2021 are finding that their QuickBooks Self-Employed account has been canceled. Our engineers are currently identifying the cause of the issue and working on a solution.

Resolved Payments accepted on Dec. 14 &15 are showing as "In_Review"

Payments Merchants experienced an issue with Next Day Funding deposits on December 15th, that resulted in delays in funding on December 16th. You may have received an email stating your funds were on hold, and the deposit for today may show "In Review". We have released the funds, and should be with your bank by end-of-day today (12/16). Please disregard the email, as they were sent erroneously. We will be following up with all impacted merchants with an email explaining the issue. Please also refer to merhantcenter.intuit.com or the transaction list within QuickBooks to review the status of funds.

Resolved QuickBooks Online is currently experiencing an email outage linked to Gmail accounts

QuickBooks Online customers are currently experiencing issues when attempting to sign in and pass multi-factor authentication. The verification email option will not be available for Gmail accounts until the issue is resolved. Our engineers are aware of the problem and working to have the issue resolved as quickly as possible.

Resolved Error 504 when attempting to log into QuickBooks Online.

Customers are reporting receiving error 504 (Bad Gateway) when attempting to log into their QuickBooks Online Account. We are aware of this issue and we are working on getting this issue resolved as soon as possible. At this time we ask that you please attempt to log in after some time.

Resolved Script error when opening QuickBooks Desktop for Windows

We are aware of a script error being seen when opening a QuickBooks company file. This is being caused by an in product message that was activated this morning. Clicking Yes to the message will dismiss it and allow you to continue working without any issues. Our engineering team is working to resolve this as soon as possible.
