We're tracking an incident with Cloudflare (https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/) that is impacting the ability to issue certificates for custom domains. Newly added custom domains will be showing as 'pending'. At the moment, we don't believe there is any further impact to our service.

We are continuing to monitor the upstream provider. After the issue is resolved upstream, we will examine and reconcile any affected services on our platform.

We continue to monitor an outage with an upstream provider that is impacting new services, certificates and domains on our platform.

New services can be created, but new custom domains will remain in a 'pending' state. This also affects:
- Delays issuing custom domain certificates
- Traffic to new services will be slower until they can be routed directly to their region
