The Technology team is pursuing multiple mitigation paths. They have added capacity to CS133, preparations are in progress to upgrade the database on CS234, and they are also determining the feasibility of prioritizing certain message types to allow the queues to process faster.

At 17:23 UTC on March 17, 2023, the Salesforce Technology team became aware of a performance degradation impacting GovCloud Sandbox instances CS132, CS133, CS234, and CS308. Customers may experience slow performance with metadata retrievals, file transfers, and message queue processing. The team is exploring adding additional capacity to application hosts, as well as potentially upgrading the databases.
