Additionally, some users may be unable to view recently created records. We’re investigating the issue and will provide you with an update in 30 minutes or sooner if we have more information.

The Salesforce Technology team is closely monitoring the reindexing process which is progressing with no significant issues. The majority of the reindexing is complete. However, we expect this to take several more hours for the remaining subset of customers.
We will provide another update upon completion of the reindexing process or upon significant developments.
