Performance Degradation

The completion of the release rollback is expected to take a few more hours. We are closely monitoring the progress. The team is confident that customers will be out of impact once the rollback is completed.

The Salesforce Technology team is aware of the performance degradation across multiple sandbox instances, that is preventing customers from completing the requests related to Orchestration items with platform events within Industries Cloud. Industries CME (Communication Media & Energy) users that are using the Order Management functionality are experiencing errors and Orchestration Item/Orchestration plan functionality will not work as expected.

The Technology team noted a recent release to be the potential trigger of the issue and decided to rollback the release to quickly restore the services.
After additional investigations, we also noted that the following instances: CS4, CS127, CS294, CS256, and IND10S are also impacted as a result of this issue. Hence, we have updated the instance page to reflect the most accurate impact information.
