The Salesforce Technology team is investigating a performance degradation issue affecting GovCloud instances (CS132, CS133, CS234, CS308, NA218). This issue is affecting users utilizing .mil DNS domains only. The Technology team is engaged with a third-party vendor in relation to this issue, and multiple resources have been brought on to troubleshoot and pursue remediation efforts. Affected customers may not be able to access their sites, or may be able to, but experience degraded performance.
