The Salesforce Technology team continues to investigate the intermittent feature degradation issue for customers using Omni-channel services. Customers may be unable to log in or may receive an error message. Investigations indicate a recent release may be contributing to this issue, and the team is looking to roll back this change which is expected to restore service performance. There is no ETA for how long this will take at this time.
