Incident in Analysis/Intelligence on China

In the China Data Center, access to the Analysis/Intelligence service through the SAP Concur website was unavailable. Affected users may have experienced error message “ The IBM Cognos gateway is unable to connect to the IBM server. The server may be unavailable or the gateway may not be correctly configured. Try again or contact your administrator “ after clicking Analysis/Intelligence under the Reporting tab.
Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

The Incident Response Team (IRT) is currently investigating. Our next scheduled update will be in one hour or sooner should a significant change occur.
