Resolved Workflow automation delays for integrated services
We are currently investigating delays for Bridge Messaging Workflows and automated alerts in the core application with integrated services such as Slack, Google Chat, and Microsoft Teams. We will provide an update in 30 minutes.
Resolved Intermittent Sign In and Load Issues
We are investigating reports of some customers not being able to sign in or load Smartsheet. Based on our investigation, this is due to an issue with a DNS provider. We are working with the DNS providers on this issue. We will provide an update in 30 minutes.
Resolved Blank sheet when loading
We are currently investigating some customer reports of experiencing seeing a blank sheet when loading. Customers have confirmed that logging off and on appears to resolve the issue. We will update the status when we have completed our investigation.
Resolved Admin Center is currently unavailable
A scheduled update to Admin Center has caused an unplanned service interruption. System Admins can continue to manage their Smartsheet account by navigating to the "Plan and Billing Info" section in Smartsheet app. We will provide an update in 30 minutes.
Resolved Sheets with sheet links may load as read-only
We are currently investigating some customer reports of sheets that can only be opened as read-only when sheet links are present. We will provide an update in 30 minutes.
Resolved Unable to access WorkApps and Dashboards
We are currently investigating customer reports of being unable to open WorkApps and some Dashboards. We will provide an update in 30 minutes.

Resolved Microsoft Authentication Failures
We have identified issues signing in via Microsoft Azure AD, creating automated workflows that send alerts to Teams, and running Data Uploader workflows that use OneDrive as a source. See: https://status.azure.com/en-us/status. We will provide an update in 30 minutes.
Resolved Search Delays
We are currently investigating delays with the in-app Search feature. New Smartsheet items and row data may not appear in Search results for some time. We will provide an update in 30 minutes.
Resolved Premium Apps Inaccessible
We received some customer reports that Pivot, Control Center, Calendar, and DataMesh apps were inaccessible. A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring to ensure continued stability of these services.
