Our team has implemented a temporary solution to this disruption. Sellers not able to sync their item inventory may log out and log back into the Square for Retail application to resume the syncing of inventory. Please note that if you have a current inventory count draft, logging out and back in will cause the draft counts to be permanently deleted. Also note that Items can still be created in-app without logging out, by going to More > Items > Create Item.
