Resolved Users may get logged out of their Atlassian accounts

We are investigating an incident impacting Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, Bitbucket Cloud, and Statuspage. During our investigation, users may be logged out of their accounts as we work towards a resolution. We are continuing to investigate and will update this incident with more details as they are available.

Resolved User Management Syncs are affected across all products

We are investigating issues in syncing User Management changes to the product. We will provide more details within the next hour.

Resolved Login issues with single sign on account

We have identified an incident that has resulted in a small number of customers having been locked out of their accounts as a result of the incident. Atlassian has identified that this outage is caused by the incident and is not a security related issue and there is no data loss or any accounts have been compromised. We are actively working to resolve this outage. We will post more information here in the next 2 hours

Resolved Trello is slow

We've noticed that Trello is responding slowly. This will be present in both the web and mobile apps. Our engineering team is actively investigating this incident and working to bring Trello back up to speed as quickly as possible. We'll keep you posted with further updates on this page.

Resolved Login issues with single sign on account

We have identified an incident that has caused a trigger of false email notifications to a small number of customers, stating an update has been initiated by the customer admin. A subset of these customers have also been locked out of their accounts as a result of the incident . Atlassian has identified that this outage and email set is caused by the incident and is not a security related issue. We are actively working to resolve this outage and related email sent. We will post more information here in the next 2 hours

Resolved Broken views when using Safari browser

We are investigating an issue with content showing outside of modal container that is impacting some Trello customers. We will provide more details within the next hour.
