Our team has been able to identify a faulty configuration internally that was causing the errors relating to Email to Board functionality in Trello.
The faulty configuration has now been reverted and Email to Board functionality should now be working as expected.
For those that experienced Email to Board failures these emails can now be re-submitted if required to create the cards in Trello.
We apologise again for any inconvenience caused by this issue.

For those continuing to experience issues with Email to Board we encourage users to manually create their cards in Trello directly in the meantime.
