TurnPoint Assist Outage

This incident has been resolved

TurnPoint is now back online, however we are continuing to monitor the issue. We are also waiting for confirmation from our Server Provider that the issue is fully resolved on their end.

If you are still experiencing issues or you have any further concerns please do not hesitate to reach out.

TurnPoint has now resetablished a connection with the Server. We are seeing downgraded performance and are currently working through those issues.

TurnPoint Software has identified an issue with our server Provider who are currently aware of the issue. They have identified the cause and have begun work to resolve the issue
